Art is no hobby to me; it is breath, where I dive inward, gathering scattered pieces of myself.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Art is my way of finding myself, through curiosity, doubt, attachment, and the quiet ache of letting go. Every painting I create becomes an abstract map of my inner world; even the smallest dot carries a memory, a feeling, a trace of meaning. I’m drawn to experimentation, to the endless dialogue between materials, mediums, tools, and found objects. Creation feels less like making something, and more like uncovering fragments of who I am beneath the surface.
Where do you find inspiration? My inspiration is drawn from life itself and the quiet poetry of the world around me. I gather fragments from fleeting moments, passing emotions, shifting light, and the landscapes of memory. Nature teaches me rhythm and impermanence, while architecture inspires me with its balance, structure, and silence. Every experience becomes part of my visual language, shaping the way I see, feel, and create.
What would you do with $25,000?One of my dreams is to travel around the world to experience art, architecture, and different cultures. I would use this prize to travel with my family, learn from diverse traditions, and create art inspired by those experiences. It would also help me build my dream company in interior architecture and the arts. Another dream close to my heart is supporting one of my dearest friends as she works toward building her career in the creative field.
