i create art to see how my internal imagination presents itself in physical form. i create art to play and stay curious.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
abstract expressionism is my favourite type of art to create. i find it very freeing to pick a medium and just see how it feels like behaving. whether its paint, oil pastels or ink, i do my best to not think too much of how the piece “should” look and merge my feelings and emotions with how the medium “feels”.
Where do you find inspiration?i find inspiration from the people in my life and the stories they tell me. i find inspiration from thinking about past versions of myself that i’ve outgrown or miss. i find inspiration from psychological and animated movies. i try my best to find inspiration in anything and everything because i believe that inspiration is everywhere if we choose to see a different perspective.
What would you do with $25,000?$25,000 would definitely be helpful towards paying off student loans and card debts. If I have some left over, it would most likely go towards helping my parents pay off the house.
