Work that addresses the human experience or condition. What is it like to be a human, to be alive at this time in history. It deals with the issues of mortality, suffering, the emotions we experience, morality, the things we value, the search for meaning. It attempts to address the questions of: What am I? Why am I here? Where will we go? Where did we come from? It attempts to capture the shimmering and fleeting moment.
Where do you find inspiration? The world constantly surrounds us with inspiration. I get it from everywhere and every person I meet.
What would you do with $25,000?To fund my art future projects and the ones already under way. To hire help to accomplish those projects, to help maintain the studio, to help document and catalog my work. To get my works published in book form. To build an online museum of all my 65 years of producing fine art.
