Receive Text UpdatesI’m an artist who enjoys painting people, landscapes and animals. I taught pastel classes and it reinforced my love of helping people reach their potential. I’m a Watercolorist, Digital Painter, Graphite, Acrylic and Oil Painter. I love using different mediums to complement the subjects. I’m a former Dreamworks Visual Development Artist and Disney Background Painter for Feature Animated Films. Making Art has always been my passion. I want to share that.
Where do you find inspiration?I’m inspired by anyone who attempts to make Art. It’s satisfying to see how people’s outlook on life becomes clearer. I’ve had many challenges. I have ADHD and I’m in recovery since 1995. My addiction was destroying me. I grew up gay at a time when it wasn't accepted. So, I inspire myself with the growth that I’ve accomplished and I’ve listened to people’s experiences to gain direction and focus in my life. I’ve lived and worked in Los Angeles, New York, Taipei and Dublin.
What would you do with $25,000?I would frame my art. It would help me to put together an art studio to showcase my work. I’d like to give artists funds to help allay the cost of supplies. Also, I would like to work with people who are suffering monetarily and emotionally. People who are willing to learn and express themselves during difficult times. I’d love, with your help, to establish the best learning experience for those who are struggling.
