Art is a vital part of my daily life. I weave my professional passions into visual storytelling through photography, poetry, and writing.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favourite types of art are abstract art, nature photography, and mixed media, where I have the opportunity to weave together my poems, stories, photographs, and imagination into a truly unique piece.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in the ordinary moments. Whether in awe of my home plants, during daily nature walks, or while doing the dishes, each moment of being alive presents an opportunity to slow down. I am inspired by the unexpected beauty, intricate patterns, pareidolia, and rich textures found in Mother Nature, as well as the profound spiritual significance of these magical encounters.
What would you do with $25,000?With this $25,000, I can DREAM, breathe, research, and envision new artworks that illuminate the profound significance of our connection to Mother Nature, alongside my enduring themes of memory, home, and belonging. I plan to print on environmentally friendly paper, such as Hahnemühle Natural Line, Japanese paper, and other sustainable alternatives. As a conscious consumer, mother, and artist, I am thrilled to weave these values into my artistic journey.
