Art bring me a sense of peace. It's a welcoming space to bring value to the things I find beautiful and meaningful.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I love centering humans. There's so much to tell with humans. They show emotion, they show passion, and they can be a great form of representation. In terms of material I tend to go with oil paints. They tend to have the best blend and I prefer them to acrylics because they tend to leave an odd undertone.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in other people's art. What they're stories tell and what I see in them. Beyond that I find inspiration in the people I love. They make me more passionate in what I'm making. It makes me enjoy what I'm doing.
What would you do with $25,000?I would put in account that grows in value so I can go on longer in college without having to get a job to afford it. I wanna get my PhD so my education path will be a long and hard one. I hope at the end of it all I can become a forensic psychologist.
