What is your favorite type of art to create?

I love using gradients in paintings. My favorite type of art to paint is usually landscapes or abstract figurative - it's the most freeing, relaxing, and easy to enter into flow with.

Where do you find inspiration?

I look through a few art books I have - Paul Klee, Kasimir Malevich, Matisse. They all have wonderful elements I lately love to come to before painting. I never used to let myself use other art as specific inspiration but now that I've agreed with myself, I feel free!

What would you do with $25,000?

First I'd take my wife out to a nice dinner. Next I'd upgrade some of my art materials, and use a decent amount of it on marketing to show my work. My biggest issue is I have a hard time getting my art out there!
