No one sees the same thing. That inspires me to create. If I create something that comforts people, it has purpose. The world is my canvas.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Words are my favorite type of art. I love illustrating words, thoughts that connect with people, spark emotion, and allow each person to see something unique within the story being shared. I enjoy illustrating words and bringing them to life through my work, blending writing and visual expression.
Where do you find inspiration?I pull inspiration straight from my everyday life—the things I notice, the conversations I’m part of, even the small moments most people might overlook. Something someone says or a quick visual can stick with me and turn into a story. That’s usually where my art begins—real, lived moments.
What would you do with $25,000?If I won $25,000, I would finish building out my art studio in my basement and continue my work. I’d also like to open a creators space where people—especially children and seniors—can express themselves and find healing through art. I want to build something that gives others a safe, creative outlet to explore their stories.
