It is my escape. It allows me to find something that everyone else would find basic and transform it into art through my lens

Definitely reflection photography. I love going out after it rains and finding puddles—the reflections create a completely different perspective, almost like looking into another world. I’m also drawn to capturing people in their element, just being themselves with no posing. There’s something special about authentic moments. I believe there is beauty in everything.
Where do you find inspiration? After my sister passed in 2022, I lost my passion for photography. When I saw my niece—her daughter, who also loves photography—start to lose hers too, I knew I had to change that. I want to be a positive role model for her and keep encouraging her to chase what she loves. My inspiration comes from both my late sister and my niece—one who believed in me, and one I now hope to inspire.
What would you do with $25,000?I’d definitely invest in new camera equipment to keep growing my craft and creating at a higher level. I’d also use part of it to pay off my debt, because being debt-free is the real flex.
