It's a outlet that keeps my demons at bay. A expression of self. Fa look into the dark corners of my mind. Sometimes it's a way to vent.

Right now it's carving/sculpting with driftwood, I've been making themed driftwood furniture, dark themed. I'm about to finish the"voodoo lounge" table. Each piece comes with its own story/ fictional history... And each story goes hand in hand, fits with the others to make a much larger story. Idea being as fallows , hopefully this concept catches on and people who buy these pieces interact to get more story, or a eccentric person collects them all. Creating a buzz it's called the Dark Corner
Where do you find inspiration?A fellow artist/friend was doing some cool shit with driftwood, and she turned me onto it . I had recently started carving and was kicking around a gallery /studio/store idea called the Dark Corner. All these things had relations in my head, then went catting around with my demons , finally jumping in with my few active brain cells merged and came forth . The Dark Corner collection was given breath. I'm also heavily inspired by music and outside the box actors, directors, storytellers, and gal
What would you do with $25,000?Open the Dark Corner gallery studios and store. A bucket list dream of mine ... A place where me and artists such as myself could work create, show, and sell our arts. Artists that would never be featured in mainstream galleries, that push boundaries , provoke thought and feelings, share their visions , nightmares, experience, expression through a twisted, dark, weird, way outside the box, agro, raw , uncensored, sometimes terrifying and or offensive art. A window into the new artists mind/soul
