I liken the painting process to a gift from the universe. A transformation from ideas on the winds into the physical world. It's a journey

Receive Text UpdatesThere are a variety of subjects I love to create. I tend to paint what I feel. Meaning sometimes my mind says let's do this or but my spirit leads me to something different. My favorite type of art is when my mind and spirit converge at the same point in time. That's when I really enjoy the painting process the most. Most often it's wilderness landscapes, Deserts, rivers, mountains and forest. However I also I love painting florals, seascapes, and westerns in oils.
Where do you find inspiration?God's creation is a constant source of inspiration. The Sonoran Desert sunrise is like the birth of new life. Mid-day life's struggles beneath a scorching and brutal sun until death sometimes takes over. However, for those that win the days battle, a sunset brings reprieve. A chance to come out from the shadows. A rebirth. I also have spent many years in the mountains of Montana.. I am so glad and thankful to be alive. Each day inspiration is waiting. Will we look and see?
What would you do with $25,000?I have 3 young children and their mother to provide for. They depend on me not only to love them but pay for all of our needs. My truck is very old and I could really use some help getting into another one. I would also stock up on art supplies and with a portion I would love to further my art journey into becoming the best artist I can be. A little extra financial aid would greatly assist and accelerate that process. 25k I would use in combination between family and pushing my art journey.
