Creating art supports my mental health,it’s therapeutic and helps me see both the beauty and complexity in myself and the world around me.

My favorite art uses mixed media, layering, and symbolism to explore mental health—breaking down differences through texture, contrast, and form.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in color and how it interacts with light. Depending on the season, I’m often drawn to nature—especially the shifting light and its effect on trees and florals. I translate these observations into my work, emulating nature’s palettes.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to rent a larger studio space, allowing me to create work that challenges me at a bigger scale. While I currently make smaller pieces in my apartment, having more room would open up new possibilities across styles and materials. With dedicated time and opportunities for community viewings, I could deepen my practice and engage more meaningfully with audiences.
