You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favorite is the art I make in the moment, art that typically isn’t planned. A professor once told me true art comes from one’s soul. It’s why my art doesn’t stick to one medium or style. I do what feels right to me in the moment.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in a lot of things like flowers. Often however it’s intangible things. Life and Death and how they can be opposite yet so interconnected. And how the most meaningful thing in life is just that life. What we do with the time we have to live.
What would you do with $25,000?I’d pay off my college tuition. And get a masters for teaching. I’ve always wanted to be a high school or college art teacher and help those young artists who need just a little more inspiration to get to where they need to be.
