changing someones appearance with your own art permanently is one of the greatest honors
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I love to create tattoo art. To me this is the most sacred type of art you are permanently changing the outward appearance of someone's body. Which is a huge responsibility you take a journey of getting to know this person and intimately spending hours on end with them when creating a large masterpiece on someone you laugh together, sometimes you cry together, sometimes the piece can have such strong meaning that not only is a tattoo but also therapy.
Where do you find inspiration? From life from inside my mind from my experiences I largely get inspiration from my clients themselves and their experiences and combined I create the works of art the best fit them. So from everything around me in the universe I can pull inspiration from the love of my children to the pain of injury it's whatever relates to my client the most.
What would you do with $25,000?I would reopen my own shop, which would greatly increase my ability to express my forms of art and share it with the community. Last time I had a successful running shop I even ran a lot of charities through my artwork and my tattoo clients we helped others in the community that needed assistance. I also use my shops to do other types of art as all art is beautiful.
