I create art to preserve moments that would otherwise fade, turning light and time into something lasting.

What is your favorite type of art to create?

I love creating cinematic photography centered on architecture, landscapes, and meaningful spaces, images that feel atmospheric, timeless, and full of story.

Where do you find inspiration?

I find inspiration in the way light transforms a place, in quiet details, changing weather, old architecture, open landscapes, and everyday environments that already hold a story. I’m drawn to spaces that feel cinematic, overlooked, or timeless, and I love capturing them in a way that makes others pause and see them differently.

What would you do with $25,000?

With $25,000, I would document the beauty and history of overlooked places, the streets, structures, and landscapes that quietly shape our lives and too often disappear without being remembered. I would use the prize to travel, create, print, and share a body of work that preserves these stories through light and time, helping people see meaning, dignity, and art in the world around them before it is gone.
