I use art as a language to express what words can’t, my feelings, experiences, and shifting sense of self.

I work primarily with photography and lens-based media, often expanding into mixed media and installation. My practice blends documentary and conceptual approaches, using portraiture, environments, and constructed imagery to explore identity, migration, and the idea of home. I’m especially interested in how images can move beyond the frame, into physical space, layered materials, and immersive experiences that invite viewers to navigate between personal and collective narratives.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in lived experience, my own movement between Thailand and the United States, and the stories of people navigating similar in-between spaces. I’m drawn to everyday environments, temporary homes, and moments of transition. Conversations, travel, and encounters with different communities often shape my work, as well as the emotional and psychological states tied to displacement, belonging, and memory.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest in developing a large-scale installation project that expands my photographic work into an immersive environment. This includes producing large-format prints on alternative materials, experimenting with spatial design, and incorporating sound elements. The support would also allow me to access studio space, collaborate with others, and present the work in a way that invites deeper public engagement with themes of migration, identity, and belonging.
